“There is a reason why they call it the “Dead “There is a reason why they call it the “Dead Sea”. The water is so salty that nothing can really live in it. With just a small and very careful leap into the super salty water, you will instantly start to float. It can even get extremely hard to stand up straight afterwards – that is how much you can float! It’s recommended not to get any water in your eyes/mouth since it could be dangerous (start with floating on your back). The overall floating experience is very relaxing. It almost feels like a natural spa and my skin always feels so smooth after a nice shower when visiting the Dead Sea.” - Sherry Koral (@sherrykoral) on the magical experience of swimming in the Dead Sea of Israel 🌊 Check out our Link in Bio to learn more about visiting the Dead Sea on your next trip to Israel 🇮🇱

“The Solomon Islands is an archipelago of over 9 “The Solomon Islands is an archipelago of over 900 islands boasting amazing environments above and below the surface. The Marovo Lagoon is the longest salt water lagoon in the world and the outer barrier reef islands provide access to diverse marine environments that attract incredible creatures such as shark species, manta rays, turtles and dolphins. There are numerous outdoor activities you can do or you can take the more relaxed approach and lay in a hammock sipping on a cold green coconut! Tropical fruits are plentiful in the Solomon Islands and fresh sustainably caught seafood is available on most islands of the archipelago.” - Katie Kelly (@theislandlifeofus) has been living in the Solomon Islands with her family for the past several years now, managing a resort together with her husband called Uepi Island Resort (@uepiisland). She loves living in this island paradise and has a few experiences and recommendations to share about these remote islands 🌴 Check out our Link in Bio for Katie’s full Solomon Islands travel guide 🇸🇧

“My family and I had always dreamed of visiting “My family and I had always dreamed of visiting Machu Picchu. So we planned a trip to Peru for eight days. We started with a few days in Lima, followed by several days in Cusco, and the remaining time was spent on day trips to surrounding sights, including Aguas Calientes to visit Machu Picchu. Our trip to Peru was jam-packed with adventure, food and culture. Cusco was one of the highlights of our trip. This city is super charming and historical. Cusco is a UNESCO World Heritage Site defined by the mix of Incan and Spanish influences. The city center is vibrant and picturesque, easily identified by its wooden balconies and Incan wall ruins. Not only was Cusco amazing but the surrounding sights were just as impressive. Our hike to Humantay Lake, for example, was one of the most epic places I have ever visited. The hike up is relatively short but challenging due to the altitude. Once you reach the top, you are rewarded with the most spectacular view of the mountains and crystal blue lake.” — The amazing Ashley Toscano (@thevirtualpassport) on her adventures in the Cusco region of Peru 🇵🇪 Link in Bio for the full article!

“I have a goal of visiting all the US National P “I have a goal of visiting all the US National Parks, so it was always in my plans to visit Badlands National Park but not originally for this trip! My dad and I were supposed to head to Glacier National Park but with COVID-19 closures, we changed plans to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We quickly realized that Badlands would be on our way back home if we finagled the route a bit. I’m so glad we did! In the end, we only had a short time there since we had so many stops on our road trip. We arrived a few hours before sunset and then spent the next morning until lunch there. We made sure to pack in everything that we could into our short time, though! Starting on the Badlands Loop Drive, along the way we stopped at the Window Trail and Door Trail. These were such neat places. We finished the loop drive and stopped to take in any viewpoints that captured our attention and grab as many photos as we could. It was a special visit! My favorite part of Badlands was at a point just partially into the Door Trail – past the wall opening – where it plops you off into what I like to call an “adventurers playground”. You are able to explore and wander through the incredible landscape and we could have easily spent hours there.” — The amazing Lauren Wildman (@thewanderingkansan) on her short and sweet visit of Badlands National Park in South Dakota 🇺🇸 ⛰ Link in Bio!
